Voice minutes are metered while an active phone call is connected to the Rundevou AI bridge. Ring time before connection is never billed.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
When your monthly allowance is used up, the receptionist stops answering for the rest of that period and callers reach your normal voicemail or carrier forwarding. There are no overage charges. You can watch your usage in the member portal and upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your member portal. Annual billing grants 2 months completely free.
Is there a free trial?
No. Test the receptionist for free in your browser, as often as you like and without an account. Live phone service starts when you subscribe and your first payment is taken at checkout.
